RAMPTECH® Crush-Proof Lavatory Hose is constructed of high tech thermoplastic polyurethane and reinforced with a super tough resilient urethane helix.
The resiliency of the helix, when combined with RAMPTECH® Crush-Proof Lavatory Hose specially formulated thermoplastic polyurethane materials gives the Lavatory Hose ability to withstand all the challenges on the ramp. The cuffs are thermally bonded to the hose to provide a tight, leak-proof, and dependable seal. The cuffs are sized correctly to mate with all standard styles of lavatory fittings and connections.

CRUSH-RESISTANT DESIGN
This Lavatory Hose is a new crush-proof and drag-resistant all thermoplastic polyurethane reinforced hose. The hose is all thermoplastic polyurethane reinforced with a crush-proof urethane helix that withstands equipment traffic and dragging over ramp surfaces. The hose features thermally bonded cuffs which provide a tight seal for all styles of lav fittings. The hose is highly flexible with a smooth interior for unrestricted flow. This rugged hose is made without glues, cements, or adhesives and is chemical, moisture and UV/ozone resistant.

Ultra High Performance
RAMPTECH® Vacuum Assist Lavatory Hose is specifically designed to withstand all the demands of the ramp. The hose uses a specialized blend of high abrasion urethane, sealed with a ultra-high performance process.
The RAMPTECH® Vacuum Assist Lavatory Hose is fitted with heavy-duty custom cuffs specifically designed for lavatory service application. The hose is engineered to perform from -65° F to +200° F (-53°C to +93°C) continuously.
