ENGINE OVERVIEW

INJECTORS: 100% new improved Bosch nozzles and ball seat assemblies used on all injectors. This feature mitigates drivability issues with the original engine.

MINIMIZE DOWNTIME: RAMPTECH® offers the most comprehensive build level of this engine, focusing on your specific application through utilizing the exact CPL and serial number. This process has virtually eliminated all guesswork and reconfiguration issues.

NO HASSLE CORE: Core is evaluated based on a visual external inspection. We evaluate the core within 48 hours of receipt and issue the credit back the next business day.

DYNOMOMETER TESTING

All of RAMPTECH® Complete Drop-In Engines are 100% dyno tested prior to shipment. Computer controls ensure that each dyno test is conducted under standard, repeatable settings. Every engine is run through a warm up cycle, three separate loading segments simulating light, medium and heavy throttle conditions, maximum torque and horsepower tests, both high and low idle tests, and a black light leak detection test with dyed oil, coolant, and fuel.

BASIC LONG BLOCK ENGINE

Base engine consist of a complete remanufactured block fitted with remanufactured cylinder heads. No bolt on items or accessories. No tin wear. No manifolds.
